- desk & return (various desk configurations available)

- two client chairs / equivalent
- office storage (sideboard & tall cupboard - all with enclosed doors)

- on-site car-parking* for tenant and their clients
- wheelchair accessible
- on-site shower & two bathrooms
- two conference rooms for larger meetings
- conference technology incl. smart board for presentations & projectors
- children’s room with Netflix, futon lounge, playroom & space for ‘kids to be kids’

Chambers 262 has five long term tenants, six hybrid tenants and a range of visiting professionals from CBD locations on the east coast of Australia.
